Dora is getting ready for her big trip. Gary has done a pretty good job over the last couple of weeks in making her more habitable.
We have gained more space for clothes and books by adding shelves and screwing hooks on the cupboard door to hang our ice axes.
We have replaced the original sofa covers with hand-made, easy-washable green ones so that we have a spare set when they wear out from daily use. Gary seems to be settling well in our living room for the next 12 months.
We have replaced the original lights with LED to reduce electricity consumption. The ones we have bought provide good light quality, instant on with no warm time.
We have screwed a hook on the bathroom ceiling to click the shower head.
A PV on the roof will provide us with free, green electricity and it allow us greater independence on our travels.
We have decided to use LPG as opposed to traditional gas bottles. This system is very popular in Europe; it is convenient, cleaner and cheaper in the long run.
Muchas gracias chata.
Me gusta vuestra Dora.
Cuando volváis podéis hacer negocio alquilándola los fines de semana!
